Turning an office clearance into an ESG line item
A typical 40-desk office refit sends around three tonnes of usable furniture and equipment to waste. Almost none of it needs to go there, and diverting it is now something your reporting team actively wants.
What we collect from businesses
Desks, task chairs, storage units, meeting tables, monitors, laptops, docking stations, kitchen equipment and stationery. We prefer volume — a full floor is easier for us to plan than three chairs.
How a collection runs
You send a rough inventory and photos. We confirm within one working day what we can take, book a slot around your building access rules, and arrive with our own crew and vehicles. Nothing is left behind for your facilities team to deal with.
The impact receipt
Within two weeks you get a written receipt showing item counts, total weight diverted from landfill, an estimated CO2e figure, and where the items were placed — schools, families rehousing, or community groups.
Finance and ESG teams use these directly. Several partners now attach ours to their annual sustainability statement without amending a word.
Data-bearing equipment
Laptops and drives are wiped to a documented standard before refurbishment, and we issue a separate destruction record on request. If your IT policy requires physical destruction instead, tell us up front and we will route those units accordingly.
