Quietly.
A way to arrange help for someone going through a hard time — without them having to ask for it themselves. Help that's offered, never imposed, and never used to put someone's hardship on display.
Nominate someoneHow it works
Someone notices a need
A friend, neighbour, colleague or teacher sees a person or family going without — after a job loss, an illness, or a run of hard months.
They nominate them, quietly
You fill in a short form about the situation and how to reach them. The family knows nothing about it yet, and never learns who got in touch.
We check it's genuine
Before anything happens, our team reviews the nomination — so it's never a prank or a way to get someone's address under false pretences.
A gentle, private approach
We reach out to them privately: "someone who cares about you got in touch with us." If they say no, it ends there. Nothing happens without their say-so.
A real conversation
If they're open to it, we talk properly about what would actually help — rather than guessing on their behalf.
Help arrives without fanfare
Whatever's agreed is delivered or collected low-key, so it doesn't draw attention from neighbours or put their situation on display.
The loop closes quietly too. If you nominate someone, all you'll ever get back is a simple "this has been taken care of" — no details. What happens next is the family's business, not a story to be shared. They're never named publicly unless they choose to be.
