Household collections
If an item is too big to post, our crew comes to you. We collect furniture, white goods, bikes and boxed household items from homes across the West Midlands, usually within ten days of your enquiry.
Who it's for: Individuals and households clearing space, moving, or downsizing.
How it works

- 3You pick a collection window that suits you
- 4Two crew members collect from the room it's in — no need to carry it out
Where we cover: Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall and Sandwell.
What we can take
Tables, chairs, drawers, wardrobes, bed frames, working white goods, and boxed smaller items. Upholstered furniture must still carry its fire-safety label.
What it costs
Nothing. Collections are free anywhere in the West Midlands, and there is no minimum number of items.
