Size and weight limits
Parcels up to 20kg and within Royal Mail's parcel dimensions. Our form checks this for you before issuing a label.

Phones, tablets, laptops, cables, small kitchen appliances, tools, children's books and unopened toiletries.
Data on devices
You don't need to wipe a device before sending. Every phone, tablet and laptop is securely wiped on arrival before anything else happens to it.
